Today I had a banana, fruit bar and an apple for fruit then a big ol' feta cheese salad for dinner.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was the last of the shrimp, crab, arthicoke hearts, and broccoli in white wine-cheese sauce over Dreamfields linguini. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, stuffed olives, and HB egg, and a square of zucchini lasagna w/ground beef, onion & mushrooms.

Late breakfast: omelet w/pepperjack cheese, Spam, and 1 pc. multigrain toast (5 carbs)

Snack: sunflower seeds

Late lunch/early dinner: salad, green bean casserole, and 1/2 steak

Dessert: CarbClever peaches and fresh strawberries, mixed in heavy cream and frozen, for an ice cream type treat.

Green tea and water all day.

Breakfast was sausage and l/c pancakes w/strawberries & whipped cream. Lunch was an after golf appetizer of turkey breast & cheese roll-ups w/onion & splenda sweetened pickle relish while I fixed dinner. Dinner was grilled hamburger steak, mushrooms sauteed in butter & sherry, twice baked fauxtatoes, and asparagus.

"Somebody" needs to go to the store! I'm down to just enough salad for a bowl tomorrow. We have canned veggies, though.
