I love salad and have had one for quite a few days now myself Maxibee. Infact it's salad and peaches again today for me.







Breakfast was a chipolte seasoned ground beef omelet w/onion and celery. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives, and a piece of zucchini lasagna w/ground beef, onion, and mushrooms. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, shiritaki w/cheese sauce, broccoli, and a slice of mango for dessert.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, & stuffed olives, and a piece of zucchini lasagna w/ground beef, onion, and mushrooms. Dinner was a grilled hamburger steak, twice baked fauxtatoes, and zucchini w/onion, celery, green pepper, and tomatoes. (I am off to play with my grandkids and will post again on Tuesday.)

Yesterday lunch was a big salad, romaine & spinach, cherry tomatoes, jicama, onion, red & green bell pepper, chipotle jack cheese with Walden Farms french dressing.
Supper was romaine & spinach with cherry tomatoes, roasted asparagus and leftover pork ribs with lc bbq sauce.
I'm making an effort to eat 2 salads every day, concentrating on the romaine and spinach (the romaine lasts longer than any lettuce I've ever tried, and we love it). I have a huge jicama, and we're going to have some of it everyday until it's gone. Love it.

Breakfast was a polish sausage omelet w/onion & jalepenos. Lunch was the filling of a Quisnos turkey sub w/onion, tomato, lettuce, and jalepenos at the airport. Dinner was bbq pork, fauxtato salad, baked beans (black soy) w/bacon & onion, and strawberries in strawberry sauce for dessert.

I had some watermelon with breakfast, and some green bean casserole at dinner.....and some apple tart thing I made, which didn't come out so great. Some recipes don't convert to L/C too well. :(

Yesterday's breakfast was a blueberry OMM.
Lunch was romaine & spinach salad with cherry tomatoes and leftover pork ribs.
Supper was cukes, red peppers, and jicama, burgers on a OMM and some romaine lettuce, with pickles.

Lunch was the last of the pork ribs with red pepper, cucumber and jicama.
Supper was chili mac made with Dreamfields rotini and black soybeans, and sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and green bell peppers.
