Yesterday did horrible - today will be better!

Today is fruit coctail (sweetened by splenda) and for veggies will be a nice lettucce/spinach/zucchini salad with zesty italian dressing. I'll go ahead and head up some tofu sprinkled with bbq flavoring (salt-free) spice and add that to my salad too. Should be yummy and quite healthy!

2 small plums, a peach, asparagus, green salad, cantaloupe, and a handful of cherries and another small plum. All this fruit is ripening at the same time!

Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal with the last of last years blueberies. The company catered in a celebration lunch from Bubba's BBQ with the sauce served on the side. I had brisket, pulled pork, and pork rib with l/c BBQ sauce I brought in, green beans, and a corn bran OMM I made for the lunch. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olices, and a square of zucchini lasagna w/ground beef, onion, and mushrooms.

Today was so hard - I was just starving to death it seemed. Not sure why because I ate plenty of good healthy stuff. Drove me nearly mad, it's bed time and I'm going to read my bible and hope to fall asleep soon. When I wake up in the morning I best see my 134 still or even better or the scale will pay dearly.

My veggies were tomato soup. After having 4 servings of it I felt full but then only an hour later was ravenous. For my fruits it was pineapple. Great yummy choice I'd say.

I had a tee time at O-dark 30 this morning, so I figured it would be a good opportunity for me to experiment with my OMM using Maggie's cereal in preparation for my return flight on 19th of August. I figured I could eat the OMM in the car on the way to the golf course and save a little time. The recipe is now perfected so I am ready. I had a cranberry spice OMM w/cream cheese for breakfast. Lunch was a chef wing-it creation where I made multiple layers of pastrami, sauerkraut, and cheese and had what I call a Rueben casserole. Dinner was beef stroganoff w/onion and mushrooms served over cauli-rice with broccoli.

We had a bunch of fruit from last weekend and my m-i-l brought some with her when she came to stay! So we had alot and it was all ripening quickly. I think that's what brought on alot of my gain....too much fruit.

All I had today was a salad when we went out to eat. I need to concentrate on the veggies more now that the fruit supply has dwindled. We did buy a humongous watermelon tonight at Kroger. I'm gonna try to be mindful of portion sizes, though.
