Breakfast was cantaloupe. Lunch was a spinach omelet w/bacon and 1/2 of our first big tomato from our garden. Dinner was spinach salad w/mushrooms, green onions, bean sprouts, HB egg, and bacon, grilled steak, mushrooms sauteed in butter & sherry, and baked flan for dessert.

Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a spinach salad w/mushrooms, bean sprouts, cherry tomatoes, green onion, HB egg & bacon, and a square of zucchini lasagna. Dinner was "pepper steak" (strips of streak, marinated in a piquant marinade, then cooked in the marinade with green pepper, tomatoes and onion) and served over cauli-rice.

Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. We had a company benefits/health "fair" today and they had fruit & yogurt for a snack. I had the strawberries. (Cholesterol is still great. LDL was so low it would not measure on the machine. total was 134, HDL and triclicerides were both 50. Is this a great WOE or what?) Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives, and a square of zucchini lasagna. Dinner was a large taco salad w/lettuce, cherry tomatoes, jalepenos, green onion, ripe olives, taco meat & cheese.

WTG, Henry. My numbers even 20 pounds ago were good. Doc wants to have them done again next Spring. Yes, this is a great WOE!

I had some apple slices at breakfast, and watermelon tonight. (That watermelon, weighed on my bathroom scale, was 36 pounds!) I might just GAIN 36 pounds by the time we are done eating it!

I wish I would have gotten my levels checked when I started this great WOE. Glad to know first hand through you guys that this does work not only on the outside but on the inside too!

Today was spinach and o.j. and then fruit bowl at mcdonald's. I skipped the walnuts and yogurt to not go overboard on my calories. Most of that stuff is probably coated with sugar anyways and didn't want to take a chance with starting in on cravings.

Yesterday our office manager bought lunch for the ladies. Olive Garden! Great! I had some salad for lunch. Imagine me, not caving in to that lasagna!

And yesterday evening we went out to eat at IHOP. I had the fish with salad, broccoli, and onion rings. More onion, less "ring".

Today, I made a scramble of eggs, spinach, chopped ham, mushrooms, and mozzarella.
I am using up all "my" dairy so I can be dairy free again soon. It sure was good.

I just got done eating a hot do on a wheat tortilla and a couple of peices of watermelon. The 36 pound monster is all gone now, since DD came home.
