Breakfast was a spice OMM (made with Maggie's cereal)w/dried cranberries and cream cheese. Lunch was another spice OMM w/dried creaberries and cream cheese. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/tomatoes, green onions, and stuffed olives, and shrimp in a chunky tomato cream sauce w/tomato, green pepper, onion, and celery, served on a bed of cauli-rice.

Breakfast was cantaloupe and an Italian seasoned ground beef omelet w/onion, green pepper, and celery. Lunch was a combination ham/turkey salad w/celery, green onion, and splenda sweetened pickle relish served over a tomato (one of the last from this years garden). Dinner was a grilled pork steak, 1/2 an ear of corn, asparagus, and cole slaw w/cabbage, carrot, onion, and green pepper.

Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was cole slaw w/cabbage, onion, green pepper, and carrot, grilled pork with l/c BBQ sauce, and a corn one minute muffin. Dinner was pot roast and gravy, cauliflower rice, asparagus, and a l/c black raspberry ice cream bar for dessert.

Lunch was cole slaw w/cabbage, carrot, onion, and green pepper, grilled pork steak w/scotch bonnet pepper hot sauce, a one minute corn muffin, and some blue berries & cantaloupe. Dinner was a taco salad w/lettuce, cherry tomatoes, jalepenos, ripe olives, taco meat & cheese, and a l/c black raspberry ice cream bar.

green beans and a fruit salad from McDonalds. Can you believe they have fruit there? The bowl was only 170 calories and came with a yogurt dip - woo hoo!

Dinner was a chef's salad w/lettuce, tomato, green onion, stuffed olives, hb egg, cheese, and chicken breast.

Rhonda, I will post it on the OMM thread. Breakfast was an Italian seasoned ground beef omelet w/red bell pepper, onion, and celery. Lunch was shrimp in chunky tomato cream sauce w/onion, green pepper, and celery served on cauli-rice. (Rhonda, you may remember this dish from the pot luck.) Dinner was BBQ ribs, baked beans (black soy), and german style fauxtato salad.

Yesterday and today for veggies is zucchini and for fruit it was mixed fruit and today apples.
