Breakfast was a Maggie's cereal cranberry spice OMM w/dried cranberries and cream cheese. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives, and a square of chile rellenos casserole w/picante sauce. Dinner was roast pork, broccoli, and curried cauli-rice pilaf w/onion, celery, and mushrooms.

I made "twice baked" cauli.....and it was marvelous. I had some for dinner yesterday and some for lunch today. I used the leftover cauli from when my sister visited and had a snack....so just enough for a couple of servings.

And I had a green salad with dinner tonight (rare ribeye!)

I also had some watermelon, but a much smaller amount than I've been having.

Hi guys!! For fruit I made a banana smoothie (about 77 calories) and that will count as my fruit servings for the day. For veggies will be peas. Yummy peas.

Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives, and a square of chili rellenos casserole. Dinner was a reprise of the lunch lettuce salad (different dressing), and a piece of deep dish pizza quiche w/Italian seasoned ground meat (pork sausage, turkey, and beef), onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and ripe olives.
