Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a Cobb salad w/lettuce, tomato, avacado, chicken and bacon. Dinner was an assortment of appetizers I fixed for our book club tonight. Devil egg, Nacho Ordinary Roll-up, Sweedish meatballs in a sherry mushroom sour cream gravy, and curried chicken dip and l/c crackers. For dessert I had a piece of my Decadent Pecan Praline pie.

Today I started working the leftover appetizers from our bookclub last night into my meals. Breakfast was deviled eggs w/green onion and splenda sweetened pickle relish, and my "nacho ordinary roll-ups" w/jalepenos, green onion, ripe olives, taco meat and cheese. Lunch was at my company's picnic at a local amusement park. I had brisket and several dill pickle spears. Dinner was broccoli, Sweedish meatballs in sherry, sour cream and mushroom gravy served over cauli-rice and a piece of my Decadent Pecan Praline Pie for dessert.
