For the start of my first week on stabilization I get...UNLIMITED VEGETABLES! Okay, tried to get excited over that but it's nice to eat something when I'm hungry when I'm done with my food I have budgeted for the day even if it is vegetables. I got some baby carrots, lettuce, cucumber and onions for my salad tonight. For my fruit I had 2 oranges and an apple.

Breakfast yesterday-1 slice low carb toast with peanut butter--coffee
lunch--two eggs fried and three slices of bacon and coffee( ate out at denny's)
supper- tuna salad stuffed in a tomato and glass of green tea.

Have not eaten lunch today, but for breakfast I did eat a bran muffing with a cup of coffee. For supper tonight I am making meaty loaf and some steam cabbage.

Well, I did awful yesterday! Staying off the scale to maybe as late as Wednesday to fight to get back to a good weight. My clothes fit this morning which I'm surprised about. Luckily today I have cucumber, carrots, salad and apples on hand for my fruits/veggies.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber. green onion, and stuffed olives, and a serving of zucchini lasagna w/onion, mushrooms, ground beef, and cheese. Today was DW's birthday, so I fixed a special l/c friendly dinner. We started with a glass of Sauvigon blanc and an appetizer of sliced avocado and shrimp served with a chef wing-it creation of what I call California Style Chipolte Flavored Cocktail Sauce. I will use that cocktail sauce again:great:. The entree was crab and shrimp primavera in a white wine and cheese sauce w/crab, shrimp, mushrooms, onion, and broccoli served with Dreamfields linguini. For dessert, I fixed a mini-Baked Alaska and served it with splenda sweetened chocolate caramel sauce.
