glad you like it Sunshine. It is a wonderful WOE and it only took me 40 years to find it. Breakfast was an Italian seasoned ground meat omelet w/onion, celery and cheese. For the second day in a row, I did not get to eat the lunch I brought on Monday. Only today, I did not get to eat any of it as a department I do a lot of work for treated me to lunch again today. Lunch was a sliced tomato and onion salad, a fillet mignon of bison, sauteed mushrooms, and green beans. Dinner was baked chicken, spaghetti squash, and broccoli.

Breakfast was an Italian seasoned ground meat omelet w/onion, celery, and cheese. Lunch was marinated cucumbers and onion vinegrette, pork sausage and cabbage casserole, and 1/2 of a corn OMM. In the afternoon we had a department celebration of my birthday with a l/c cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory w/strawberries and raspberries. For Dinner I took DW to my favorite Italian restaurant. I had a lettuce salad w/red onion, red pepper, and artichoke heart and their "Atkins Special", marinated chunks of grilled chicken breast in an Alfredo sauce loaded with proscuitto, artichoke hearts, garlic, and spinach. I brought half home and will have it for dinner tomorrow too.

Hi Sunshine and Henry - sorry I've been away. Hopefully will be able to get back to the computer a bit more on Monday to contribute.

Today we're going to Applebee Resteraunt and I'm picking from the weight watcher menu. Chicken sandwich and soup which is only 530 calories for the entire meal. I'm excited that most resteraunts have there calories online and menu's so that I can make a healthy decision before going. Or else I get so nervous and panicked that I might start a binge.

Not a problem Heather. I will be in Texas for a week beginning Sunday, so I won't be able to post after tomorrow. That will leave it up to Sunshine to post in our absence Sunday.
Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was marinated cucumber and onion vinegrette and pork sausage and cabbage casserole. Dinner was based on my birthday dinner last night. It was the marinated chunks of chicken breast in alfredo sauce w/artichoke hearts, proscuitto, and spinach which I had with fauxatos and broccoli, and a piece of l/c cheese cake w/strawberries and radpberries for dessert.

Hey, remember me?

I've had some cantaloupe and a green salad today. Not great, but it beats nothing.
