The new recipes were a success. Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a chef's salad w/lettuce, grape tomatoes, green onion, stuffed olives, ham, chicken breast, and cheese. Dinner was medallions of pork tenderloin in sherry sour cream mushroom gravy, fauxtatoes, red cabbage and cranberries braised in red wine, and a piece of cranberry and walnut Holiday pie w/whipped cream.

Breakfast was an Italian seasoned ground beef omelet w/onion, celery, and cheese. Lunch was a couple of lettuce wraps w/smoked chicken breast and cheese. Dinner was grilled pork steak, zucchini carbonara, asparagus, and a piece of cranberry walnut Holiday pie w/whipped cream.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a make-do chef's salad w/lettuce, green onions, stuffed olives, hb egg, ham, smoked chicken breast, and cheese w/a hot bacon dressing. Dinner was an assorted relish tray w/green onion, ripe and stuffed olives, and baby dill pickle, roast turkey w/cornbread and pork rind stuffing w/onion, celery, and unsweetened dried cranberries, gravy, buttered sugar snap peas, and a couple of glasses of sauvignon blanc. Dessert was a piece of Cape Cod Cranberry Velvet Pie.

Today good! Ate the last of my green apples and for veggies will be carrots, lettuce and celery.

Dinner was a lettuce salad w/grape tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of deep dish pizza quiche supreme w/pepperoni, ground beef, sausage, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, ripe olives and cheese.
