Today I had a breakfast casserole, filled with mushrooms and zucchini and a few onions. For lunch, chili with black soybeans. Supper was burgers, plain, with a big pile of fresh brussels sprouts. My daughter found them for me, 8 big mesh bags, for only $2 a bag! They are perfect! I parboiled them, plunged them in ice water, packed them in zipper bags, and now I have 12 bags in the freezer, plus we had a nice large serving with supper. They were excellent!
