Okay, spinach in the "Florentine" patties this morning, a huge salad this afternoon....it had about 2 1/2 cups of salad greens, some red onion, and an entire avacado in it. (The avacado was small and sliced!) Also, a little keylime pulp in the s/f keylime pie. I only had one 3x3 square.

There it is: day one down, 364 more to go! I am feeling hopeful already. And I'm sure I will begin feeling better, too. Take care!

My day will be the same as yesterday. Worked and the scale showed some progress.

Breakfast: 2 Florentine patties

Lunch: some pork rib and a protein bar (NOT the breakfast OR lunch of Champions...)

Dinner: pork chops and huge salad

I think with the onion and avacado on my salad, I made it to 5 servings today. My pseudo-lunch really needed some veggies in it.

Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives, and the last piece of chili rellenos casserole. Dinner was Dijon pork chops, fauxtatoes, broccoli, and a hidden treasure from the freezer, a piece of peanut butter chocolate chip cheesecake.
