Breakfast was something I call Pizziola stuffed omelet. (Italian seasoned ground beef and pork sausage, onion, and green pepper in a little marinara sauce covering an omelet coated w/mozerella & parmesean cheese, then folded over.) Lunch was the last of the Fruits of the Sea Primavera. Dinner will be salmon croquettes, Dijon & cheddar crusted baked cauliflower, spinach florentine, and the last piece of peanut butter chocolate chip cheesecake.

Hey, gang. I've missed the last couple of days, but no problem. I've had veggies everyday, but precious little fruit.

Get this: I was having the last couple of slices of ham for breakfast and looking for something to have with them when I spotted a can of asparagus (3 1/2 servings!), so I opened it, drained the water, and proceeded to dump it into a bowl. Then I saw something. It looked like a piece of mushroom, but it wasn't. It was a rock. In the can with the asparagus.

I'm not freaking out wanting to sue or anything, so should I even contact the company, or just ask for a refund at the store? I didn't eat the asparagus, I was worried about contamination with that rock in there.

I'm having salad every night. Tonight I had the whole thing: greens (American mix), avacado, red onion, and Cardinis Caesar dressing. I HIGHLY recommend this combination...it is marvelous.

Hey, can you all give me your favorite version of a "green salad"? I also like to put little salad shrimp on green salad....and use mayo for dressing. What do YOU like?

Maxi, my favorite green salad is to use lettuce, a little tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives. If you want an easy recipe for a sweet french style l/c salad dressing, let me know. Another easy green salad that I like is simply wilted lettuce in a hot bacon vinegar dressing. Then there is the fresh spinach salad w/bean sprouts, mushrooms, green onion, and bacon. (I like the french dressing with that one.)
Breakfast was sausage and l/c pancakes. Lunch was salmon croquettes w/tartar sauce, sweet & sour cabbage, and a piece of l/c cornbread. Dinner was oven fried chicken breast, fauxtatoes, and zucchini w/onion, celery, green pepper, and tomato.

I love spinach leaves, lots of onions, mushrooms, cucumbers and fat free zesty italian.

Last two days for veggies was tomato soup and then for fruit was peaches. Yummy!

Henry, Heather....those salads sound good! That's the beauty of salads: there are no rules!
Tonight's salad was basically dinner: I cubed up my 2 hamburger patties and an avacado (they've been 10 for $10 for the last couple of weeks!) and tossed them atop my Triple Hearts Romaine lettuce with some mayo. Good, filling, and precious few carbs in the crowd!
