Breakfast was dark chocolate Maggie's cereal. Lunch was broccoli-cauliflower salad and a chipolte seasoned pork burrito w/green pepper, onion, celery, and jalepenos in a l/c tortilla. Dinner was at my company's employee appreciation party which was held at an upscale bowling alley/martini bar. I grazed on some cheese cubes off the appetizer table. I had a lettuce salad, brisket, chicken breast, and green beans off of the buffet line and strawberries for dessert.

Breakfast was an Italian seasoned ground turkey and pork sausage omelet w/onion, celery, and green pepper. Lunch was my chipolte seasoned pork burrito filling w/onion, celery, green pepper, and jalepenos served cold in lettuce wraps. Dinner was roast pork, twice baked fauxtatoes, asparagus, and Burgundy braised red cabbage and cranberries.

Breakfast was a bowl of "Oreo Pudding" (Maggies cereal w/my dark cocoa blend). Lunch was pot roast, spaetzle and gravy, and burgundy braised red cabbage and cranberries. I took my Valentine out for dinner. I had a lettuce salad w/red onion and red bell pepper and char grilled chunks of marinated chicken breast with alfredo sauce, artichoke hearts, spinach, and proscuitto. We came home for dessert where I fixed a variation of my l/c Baked Alaska that I decided to call "Death by Chocolate Baked Alaska" (Dark chocolate 3 minute chocolate cake covered with a l/c milk chocolate ganache, topped with l/c chocolate ice cream, encased in a meringue and served with a splenda sweetened chocolate caramel sauce.)

Breakfast was "oreo pudding". Lunch was pot roast w/port gravy, spaetzle, and burgundy braised red cabbage and cranberries. Dinner was roast pork, twice baked fauxtatoes, and buttered spinach. (We have successfully cleaned out the refrigerator of all the left-overs in anticipation of leaving town tomorrow to find some warmth. This will be my last post until the 24th.)
