Guess today is tomato day. Tomato paste on my chicken tonight and mushrooms. Then I'll be having some tomato soup in a bit. For fruit I did grapefruit with splenda. I have a few more days of grapefruit left and will miss it when it is gone. It makes my lips a bit sore so I have to put on chapstick after.

Today was a travel day starting with a breakfast buffet in Orlando. Breakfast was cantaloupe, eggs, bacon, and sausage. There was no lunch as our flight was delayed and I was not hungry. We had an early dinner buffet on the way home. Dinner was a spinach salad w/shrimp, hb egg, grape tomato, and red onion, steak, sauteed onions, broccoli, and brussel sprouts.

First one here today . I got some radishes that I plan on munching on tonight and got some apples. Bag for $9 (little more then I like to spend) but was fresh and should last for a couple of days. Each payday I like to treat myself to some fresh fruits and veggies.
