Breakfast was Maggie's cereal. Lunch was hot & sour chicken soup w/red cabbage and bok choy, (Note to self- Don't cook with red cabbage unless you won't mind the red color leaching into other food), chicken and vegetable egg fu yung w/onion, bok choy, broccoli, mushrooms, and bean sprouts, and strawberries, blue berries and raspberries for dessert. Dinner will be roast pork, zucchini carbonara, and asparagus.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal. We had a department meeting and ordered in from Applebee's for lunch. I had a side salad, sirloin steak, and a vegetable medley of broccoli, zucchini, and baby carrots. Dinner was roast pork, zucchini carbonara, and asparagus.

Yesterday I did poorly with only 1 apple and a small salad for dinner. Today will be much better with cucumber and celery for veggies and fruit will be 4 apples.
