Today I had grapefruit and banana. Veggies tonight will be pumpkin and green beans for veggies.

you sure did Heather. Breakfast was a cheese omelet w/onion and green pepper. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives, and a stuffed chicken roll. Dinner was grilled pork, twice baked fauxtatoes, broccoli, and the last of the stuffed devil's food cake w/chocolate-caramel sauce and whipped cream. This will be my last post until Saturday.

Yesterday I finished the rest of my can fruit in the cupboard. I'm trying to go more fresh and hope that my budget allows for it. Also ate a few cans of green beans and have one left. Will be a few more days until I get to that can most likely as I bought some cucumbers today. Will eat some celery that I still have today as well. For fruit I got a bag of green and red apples. Only 80 calories and full of fiber! The price was amazing too. $2.88 a big bag.

Today was a travel day. Breakfast was raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries w/cream. Lunch, while I waited to begin clearing airport security, was a l/c cranberry spice muffin w/cream cheese and a couple of diet cokes. Dinner is corned beef, cabbage, and fauxtatoes au gratin.

Today was apples - only one day left of them. Must get more fruit. For Veggies was cucumber and celery.

Breakfast was sausage and 3/4 of a l/c waffle w/strawberries and whipped cream. Lunch was non-existant as it was a slow day on the golf course.
Dinner was a lettuce salad w/grape tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and shrimp in a chunky tomato cream sauce w/onion, celery, and green pepper served over Dreamfields linguini.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a Chipolte seasoned pork burrito w/onion, celery, green pepper, and jalepenos. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, fauxtatoes au gratin, and asparagus.
