Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries and whipped cream. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a Chipolte seasoned pork burrito w/onion, celery, green pepper, and jalepenos in a l/c tortilla. We hosted our book club tonight, so "dinner" consisted of various appetitizers: spiced almonds, deviled eggs, crudite of strips of celery, carrot, and green pepper, and grape tomatos w/a garlic ranch dip, meatballs in a sherry and sour cream mushroom gravy, and mushrooms stuffed with sausage and cheese. Dessert was l/c pound cake w/strawberries and whipped cream.

I didn't get in any veggies yesterday as I just was to sick to care. I only got in 1/2 my usual servings of fruit as well. It was a can of splenda peaches and my 3 year old had to finish the can for me. Today will be much better as I have some energy back to make better decisions.

This will be my last post here until Sunday as DW and I are taking a long weekend to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary with a little D&D at the Lake of the Ozarks.

I'm still here Henry, just been sick with a sinus cold that has made it nearly impossible to look at a computer screen. Today I ate cucumbers for veggies and applesauce for fruit. Good day.
