Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was something I call an antipasto salad (I took a bed of lettuce and put some diced ham, grape tomatoes, stuffed olives, the last of the tuna salad, on top, together with some sliced pepperonconi and cheese.) Dinner was a lettuce salad w/cucumber, grape tomatoes, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives, and a piece of taco pie w/picante sauce.

Breakfast was bifurcated. I had some strawberies and whipped cream before early church, then I took DW out for breakfast after church. I had an Acapulco omelet w/chorizo, onion, chilis, avacado, cheese and sour cream. Dinner was roast pork, twice baked fauxtatoes, snow peas & carrots in butter and sherry, and a piece of l/c strawberry rhubarb pie for dessert.

Apple, banana and cucumbers. Went to subway to lunch for DH and my little one today. I had a water since I hadn't planned for any food from there. Anyway, I had the lady put cucumbers in my little guys sandwich and he loved it. In fact, he took those out and ate those before he ate some of his sandwich. He also had a bag of apples while he was there that he also ate before the sandwich. I was so happy that my kids are preferring fruits and veggies. Making this mommy happy.

Yesterday was a travel day to Madison, WI for a memorial dinner. Breakfast was a chipolte seasoned ground turkey omelet w/onion, celery, and red bell pepper. Lunch at The Cracker Barrel was grilled chicken tenderloins, bacon and cheddar cheese and 3 l/c sides consisting of 2 lettuce salads and green beans. Dinner was a lettuce salad, sliced beef tenderloin, mushrooms, asparagus, and 1/2 of a strawberry that garnished a tiramisou for dessert.
