Breakfast was cantaloupe and a cranberry spice OMM w/cream cheese. Lunch started out to be lettuce wrapped chipolte seasoned pork burrito. However, the lettuce did not wrap well, so I simply shredded more lettuce, added the burrito filling and had a burrito salad. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of deep dish pizza quiche w/ground beef, onion, green pepper, and ripe olives.

I am back from a week of golf. I was staying in a condo, so I had access to a kitchen.
Monday breakfast was a sausage and cheese omelet w/vidalia onion and celery. Lunch between rounds was a cranberry spice OMM w/cream cheese. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives, and CJACK1's Like velveta Rotel casserole. Today was a travel day, after the morning round. Breakfast was a sausage and cheese omelet w/vidalia onion and celery. Lunch at the airport was a creaberry spice OMM w/cream cheese. Dinner was at a local buffet on the way home from the airport. I had a spinach and spring green mix salad w/cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, HB egg, and bacon, grilled steak, sauteed onions and mushrooms, broccoli, and cantaloupe for dessert.

A week of golf! How fun!

Yesterday I stayed on plan even though it was my birthday. Yeah!!! For fruit I had applesauce and veggies was peas.

Today fruit is watermellon and veggies is brocolli.

I'm trying not to eat the same food again but every 4th day or so to keep my metabolism going smooth and my gall bladder working at it's best since I've recently had problems with it. Hoping it works.
