Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. We had a celebration lunch at work today. I made my lunch by taking a plate of mixed lettuce salad w/capers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and cheese and adding a chicken breast, after removing a questionable crust that could have been a flour coating for sauteing the chicken and some artichoke hearts. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of burrito pie w/onion, red bell pepper, and jalepenos.

I bought some california stones or apricots the wal-mart lady called them. They are so cute and yummy. For veggies I'm going to have cucumbers.
