No veggies (unless you count the veggie bologna) and an apple for fruit. I ate to much yesterday so am thankfully not to hungry today.

Breakfast was cantaloupe, sausage, and 1/2 of a waffle w/strawberries and whipped cream. Lunch was celery stuffed with ham & egg salad. I took my DW out for dinner to our favorite Italian restaurant. I had their Atkins Special, lettuce salad w/red onion and artichoke hearts and char-grilled chunks of chicken breast smothered in Alfredo sauce w/proscuitto, spinach, and artichoke hearts. We came home for dessert. A mini- Baked Alaska w/splenda sweetened chocolate caramel sauce.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of burrito pie w/onion, red bell pepper, and jalepenos. Dinner was a "breaded" chicken breast parmesan, twice baked fauxtatoes, and broccoli.

Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of burrito pie w/onion, red bell pepper, and jalepenos. Dinner was roast beef, twice baked fauxtatoes, and green beans w/tomato and onions.

Yesterday I had cucumbers and then today was tomato soup. Fruit today was applesauce and yesterday was bananas.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a chicken breast stuffed with 3 cheeses and chicken andouille sausage w/marinara sauce. Dinner was "breaded" chicken parmesean, twice baked potatoes, and broccoli.

I had tofu noodles (Shirataki) with my veggies on them - tomato paste and mushrooms. For my fruit was fruit cocktail.

Dinner was a lettuce salad w/cucumber, roma tomato, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Quiche w/Italian seasoned ground turkey, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and ripe olives and a couple of Michelob Ultra's.
