Breakfast was an Italian seasoned ground turkey omelet w/onion, celery, and cheese. Lunch was a couple of post golf deviled eggs and ham slices. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/grape tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives, grilled steak, and E-Z eggplant parmesean.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal. Lunch was BBQ ribs, fauxtato salad w/onion, celery, bamboo shoot tips, roasted red pepper, and Splenda sweetened pickle relish and baked beans (black soy). Dinner was baked chicken, shiritaki in cheese sauce, and green beans w/onion and tomatoes.

I added in mushrooms to my salad. Good touch! Also made sure to spice it up using non-salt seasonings.

I bought some radishes to put on my salads starting tomorrow. I love salads and am thankful that Dr. Atkins recommended them during induction. Today is day 9 of induction. Almost to double digits on my days on plan!

Vegetables was the pizza sauce on my pizza and closest thing to fruit was I gave my sons peaches. Been so naughty.

Breakfast was a cranberry spice OMM w/cream cheese. Lunch was BBQ ribs, fauxtato salad w/onion, celery, bamboo shoot tips, roasted red pepper, and Splenda sweetened pickle relish and baked beans (black soy). Dinner was grilled pork steak, twice baked fauxtatoes, and broccoli.

Breakfast was a chipolte seasoned ground beef omelet w/onion, celery, and jalepenos. Lunch was the last of the BBQ ribs, fauxtato salad w/onion, celery, bamboo shoot tips, roasted red pepper, and Splenda sweetened pickle relish and baked beans (black soy). Dinner was Parmesean crusted baked salmon, twice baked fauxtatoes, and spinach florentine.
