    Hang in there Heather. Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/tomato, cucumber, green onion and stuffed olives and a piece of zucchini lasagna. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Quiche w/Italian seasoned ground turkey, onion, red and green bell pepper, mushrooms, ripe olives, and cheese.

    Breakfast was sausage and l/c pancakes w/strawberries and whipped cream. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Quiche w/Italian seasoned ground turkey, onion, red and green bell pepper, mushrooms, ripe olives, and cheese. Dinner was salmon poached in white wine, spinach florentine, dijon and cheddar crusted baked cauliflower, and a glass of sauvigon blanc.

    Breakfast was my traditional 6:00 am tee time breakfast of a cranberry spice OMM w/cream cheese as I drove to the golf course. Lunch was a deviled egg and a couple of salami and cheese lettuce wraps. Dinner will be 1/2 of a deviled egg, a cabbage and carrot slaw w/hot bacon dressing, BBQ pork steak, corn on the cobb, and strawberries on a l/c shortcake w/whipped cream for dessert.

    I've been eating a lot of broccoli this past few days which I'll have today as well as can pumpkin. I also had pears today to throw off my metabolism a bit.

    Breakfast was cantaloupe, sausage, and l/c pancakes w/strawberries and whipped cream. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, green onion and stuffed olives and a piece of zucchini lasagna. Dinner was a taco salad w/lettuce, roma tomatoes, green onion, ripe olives cheese and taco meat.

    Breakfast was my early am tee time standard of a cranberry spice OMM w/cream cheese. There really was no lunch toady as I was cooking all afternoon and just noshed a few things like deviled eggs, leftover steak, and a piece of salami. Dinner was 1/2 of a breaded (parmesean & almond flour) breast of chicken parmesean, broccoli, and Dreamfields linguini in a l/c marinara sauce. Dessert was a l/c strawberry shortcake w/whipped cream.

    Last 3 days has been salads with my no calorie Walden Farms ceaser ranch dressing. Love that stuff! For fruit is my sf can fruits that I get from Wal-mart. They hit the spot!

    Sorry, I'm still here! Yesterday we had apples, then before bananas and it's been lots of meats wrapped in large lettuce leafs which is my favorite dinner right now. Not to mention the onions and celery I've been adding in.
