Had $8.74 to blow so I hit the grocery store for fresh fruits and veggies to hopefully pull us closer to food payday. Bagged up more grapes in Ziploc bags to freeze and enjoy slowly. Also bought some things for salads. Out of low carb bread so that lettuce will be a nice replacement. So, today I had frozen grapes and veggies was lettuce, cucumber and green onions.

It is always nice to score at the grocery.
Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/blueberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, pickled asparagus, green onion, and stuffed olives and beef strogonoff w/onion and mushrooms served over cauli-rice. Dinner, was 1/2 of a breaded split chicken breast parmesean, Dreamfields linguini w/EVO and parmesean cheese, and buttered sugar snap peas.

Breakfast was cantaloupe and a spice OMM w/cream cheese. Lunch was beef strogonoff w/mushrooms and onions on cauli-rice. Dinner was roast pork, a new fauxtato dish I decided to try w/char-grilled corn, carmelized roasted garlic, and bacon, and green beans w/tomato and onion. I also tried a new wine, an off-dry Reisling with the interesting name of "Kung Fu Girl". It is from Washington and very nice.

Breakfast was a blueberry OMM w/cream cheese. Lunch was a tomato and some chipolte and habanero seasoned ground turkey burrito mix w/onion, green bell pepper, and jalepenos that I made for my lunches this week. I told DW that this batch was not for nursing mothers as it has some real character. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/cherry tomatoes, green pepper, green onion, cucumber, and stuffed olives, grilled steak, and corn on the cobb.

I knew I shouldn't eat the same foods each day but it's going to take me a few days to get rid of these fresh veggies. So, same for me today but at least it's good, tasty, and healthy options.
