Breakfast was an Italian seasoned ground beef omelet w/celery and cheese. Lunch was chipolte & habanero seasoned pork w/onion, green pepper, and celery. Dinner will be a lettuce salad w/cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Quiche Supreme w/sausage, ground beef, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, ripe olives, and cheese and a couple of l/c adult beverages.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was Hot & Sour soup w/pork, bok choy, mushrooms, onion, bamboo shoots and shiritaki noodles. Dinner will be roast pork, broccoli, the last of the spaghetti squash w/pecans, and a piece of l/c dark chocolate cake w/rocky road topping.

Breakfast was sausage and l/c pancakes w/strawberries in syrup. Lunch was Hot & Sour soup w/pork, bok choy, mushrooms, onion, bamboo shoots and shiritaki noodles. Dinner will be a lettuce salad w/tomato, green pepper, green onion, cucumber, and stuffed olives and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Quiche Supreme w/sausage, ground beef, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, and cheese.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a couple of grilled scallops and an Italian salad w/lettuce and mixed greens, tomato, pepperoncini, kalmata olives, mozzerella cheese, and a grilled chicken breast. Dinner will be roast pork, Dijonaise and cheddar crusted cauliflower, and broccoli.

Breakfast was sausage and my l/c pancakes w/strawberies in syrup. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a chicken roll stuffed with ricotta, parmesean, and mozzerella cheese and sliced chicken andouille sausage. Dinner will be a reprise of the lunch salad with a different dressing and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Quiche Supreme w/sausage, ground beef, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, ripe olives and cheese.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a baby spinach salad w/portobella mushrooms, tomato, red onion, and smoked gouda cheese. For a birthday celebration, my boss made a 3 minute chocolate cake using Maggie's cereal mix which I topped with strawberries, raspberries, and whipped cream. Dinner will be a lettuce salad w/tomato, cucumber, green onion, green pepper, and stuffed olives, grilled steak, green beans, and a piece of Pumpkin Bake for dessert.
(This will probably be my last post until Nov. 4th, unless I am able to get on a hotel computer.)

Life on the road, l/c style. Breakfast was a Spice One Minute Muffin w/cream cheese.
Lunch was a l/c nacho plate w/assorted cheese cubes melted over pork rinds and then topped with salsa. Dinner was at Logan's Roadhouse and was a lettuce salad, chopped sirloin, and broccoli. (and a few peanuts).

A mid-pm post golf snack was a plate of pork rinds w/melted cheese & salsa.
Dinner was a lettuce salad w/tomato, red cabbage, cucumber & cheese, grilled steak and broccoli.
