HAPPY NEW YEAR
Breakfast was 1/4 grapefruit and a sausage & cheese omelet. Lunch was a Mexican stuffed zucchini. Dinner was a deviled egg, shrimp cocktail w/California style chipolte cocktail sauce, rib roast w/port gravy, twice baked fauxtatoes, sugar snap peas and the glass of the champagne we failed to have last night.

Been on track with my fruit and veggies last few days. Today I had grapes and 2 cans of green beans. I eat my beans cold with chopsticks right out of the can. The kids think it's fun and enjoy them this way too.

Breakfast was 1/4 grapefruit and Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was a romaine lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of zucchini lasagna. Dinner was roast pork w/Port gravy, sugar snap peas, and spaghetti squash w/pecans and a drizzle of l/c maple syrup.

I've been lax on the vegetables this week.

pepperoni cheeseburger for braekfast

taco salad for lunch with ranch dressing

Pork tenderloin with broccoli for dinner

2 green apples, 2 petite boxes of raisins for my yogurt and then dinner I'll have a nice big salad with crab, cucumber, celery, ranch and spices.

Breakfast - 2 bacon egg biscuits (gave biscuits to dogs)
Lunch - tuna salad with onion and lettuce on lc toast
Dinner - pork parmesan with dreamfields pasta and tomato sauce. salad of romaine and ranch dressing.

ate the last of the raisins today in my yogurt and had a few apples. Tonight will be eating a salad and tomato soup.

BK - cheese omelet
Lunch - Tuna salad with onions and lettuce
Dinner - chicken thighs with large side salad with tomatoes and romaine.

I need to expand my fresh vegetable/fruit list. just so difficult this time of year. what produce i can find is so expensive (and really inferior quality most times) that i just walk away in disgust. I guess frozen is my best option right now. Might just go the the store today and stock the freezer.
