Really poor food choices all day long!

Breakfast - Turkey, cheese and pepperoni and tomato and lettuce on LC Toast
Lunch - ground lamb and beef cream sauce over Dreamfields pasta with parmesan.
Dinner - fried flounder baked potato, small side salad with ranch dressing, a few hush puppies. So sorry i caved in. I'm on the board of my condo association and we meet at a restaurant 5 times a year. The palce has good diner food but not many low carb options except eating home and jsut having salad there. At least I brought home a doggie bag for my cat and my dogs. The good news is I'm psyched to do so much better today.

Today I'm putting 1/2 of my servings of peaches in strawberry jello for a sweet snack. For my veggies it will be a mixed steam bag. The jolly green giant does a great job spicing those bags up.
