Rob is envious of Heather's peaches.

Brunch - Romaine lettuce and grape tomatoes with ranch dressing and roast pork slices.

Dinner - Dreamfields linguini with meatballs and tomato sauce

since i'm only sitting at 1000 calories and 20 g carb for the day I'll likely make a nice snack of a small apple with cheddar cheese later. hmm maybe one of those apple pies made with LC bread in the sandwich press that I used to make fun of years ago. LOL

Breakfast was an Italian seasoned sausage omelet w/celery. Lunch was green leaf lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives and a Chipolte seasoned grilled pork burrito w/onion, celery, and green pepper in a l/c tortilla. Dinner was Dijon pork chop w/onion, fauxtatoes w/mustard cream gravy, and green beans w/bacon, mushrooms, and onion.

Breakfast was "Chocolate Pudding" (Maggie's cereal w/cocoa. Think 3 minute chocolate cake in a bowl). Lunch was a Romaine lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza w/ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and ripe olives. Dinner was braised pot roast w/gravy, fauxtatoes, and broccoli.

Dinner - Sausages and meatballs with dreamfields penne with choice of alfredo or tomato sauce. (my sister cooked).

Dinner will be a romaine lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives and 1/2 of a Rolled chicken breast stuffed w/andouille sausage and ricotta, pepper jack, and parmesean cheese served on Dreamfields linguini w/marinara sauce.

Breakfast was an Italian seasoned sausage omelet. Lunch was some broccoli crudite w/ranch dressing and ham & cheese roll-ups. Dinner was a pork chop, asparagus, and curried cauli-rice pilaf w/onion, red bell pepper, celery, and mushrooms.
