I like this one.
Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was a Romaine lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives and the last piece of Deep Dish Pizza, as I begin cleaning out the refrigerator in preparation for a late winter search for warmth. Dinner was a reprise of the lunch salad and 1/2 of the last rolled chicken breast stuffed w/andouille sausage and ricotta, permesean, and pepper jack cheese served over Dreamfields linguini w/marinara sauce.

Valentine's Day Breakfast was an Italian seasoned sausage omelet.
Lunch was pork and mushrooms in sour cream and sherry mushroom cream gravy served over cauli-rice, and broccoli.
Valentine's Dinner for my We went to our favorite Italian restaurant (dark wood, candles, and Frank Sinatra playing in the background). I had a house salad and their Atkins Special, grilled marinated chunks of chicken breast in Alfredo sauce w/proscuitto, artichoke hearts and spinach. We returned home for a l/c "Death by Chocolate Baked Alaska" for dessert.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs and one slice LC toast

Lunch Yesterday was romaine and roma tomato salad with ranch

Dinner - Dreamfields pasta with shrimp and olives with a mayonnaise mustard + dressing as an appetizer/side dish. 1/2 large Cornish hen (which were marked down from 9.45 for 2 to 3.11!

snacks: 1/2 a small apple and then the other half later.

Henry - You're lucky that your favorite Italian restaurant caters to Low carb. But maybe that's why it';s your favorite. Anyway your meals make me hungry.
