Today was a travel day as dw and I began a 10 day late winter search for some warmth for her and golf for me.
Breakfast - Something that I call a Deviled egg roll with ham and cheese while on our first early am flight.
Lunch - A McDonalds double cheeseburger w/o bun.
Dinner - Romaine lettuce salad, crab legs, steak, green beans, and watermelon for dessert.

Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage. Lunch was A shopping break at McDonalds for another double cheeseburger w/o bun. Dinner was a mixed lettuce salad, chopped sirloin, and broccoli.

Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage. Lunch on the golf course was a Maggie's cereal One Minute Muffin w/dried cranberries and cream cheese. Snack was an after golf 1/2 of a Granny Smith apple. Dinner was a baby spinach and spring greens salad, grilled steak, buttered spinach, broccoli, and cantaloupe for dessert.

Dinner was a spinach and spring greens salad, grilled steak, mushrooms, cauliflower, and cantaloupe for dessert.

I made a strawberry vanilla smoothie and then veggies was green beans and lettuce.

Today is the last day of vacation as we return home tomorrow am.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and bacon. Lunch was a golf course lunch of a Maggie's cereal One Minute Muffin w/dried cranberries and cream cheese.
After golf snack was 1/2 of a Granny Smith apple. Dinner was a lettuce salad, chopped sirloin, and broccoli.
