We returned home this afternoon to the winter that seems to just hang-on. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage. Lunch was smoked turkey and cheese roll-ups. Dinner will be roast pork, curried cauli-rice pilaf, and asparagus.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was a Romaine lettuce salad and a piece of taco pie. Dinner was a baked chicken breast, curried cauli-rice pilaf w/onion, celery, and mushrooms, and broccoli.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was a Romaine lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, andstuffed olives and a piece of taco pie. Dinner was roast pork, asparagus, and curried cauli-rice pilaf w/onion, mushrooms and celery.

I'm going to miss my mango smoothies once I'm done with them. Great sale with the frozen bags so bought quite a few. Tomorrow will be my last smoothie and then I'll change back to yogurt. A little change in my food so that my body will keep losing and not get comfortable can't hurt.

Today: mango smoothie and then veggies is lettuce and green beans.

Breakfast was a Chipolte seasoned ground turkey omelet w/celery and jalepenos. Lunch was a Romaine lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of taco pie. Dinner was roast pork, asparagus, and curried cauli-rice pilaf w/onion, celery, and mushrooms.

No fruit today, just not hungry for really anything so thought I'd cut out some carbs and do high protein more until I feel better. Veggies today is salad.

Dinner was a red leaf lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and shrimp in tomato cream sauce w/tomatoes, green pepper, celery, and onion served over Dreamfields linguini.
