Breakfast was Chipolte seasoned ground turkey omelet w/celery and jalepenos. Lunch was roast pork and sauerkraut. Dinner will be a red leaf lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of deep dish pizza supreme w/sausage, ground beef, pepperoni, onion, roasted red pepper, mushrooms, and ripe olives.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was a romaine lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Supreme. Dinner was a red leaf lettuce salad w/grape tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and shrimp in tomato cream sauce w/tomato, green pepper, onion, and celery served over Dreamfields linguini.

Dinner was a reprise of the lunch salad, except with Red leaf lettuce and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Supreme.

Yesterday was strawberries and mangoes with a large salad with onions

I'll be away for a couple of days since I'm on strict induction. As soon as I weigh in this week for LAWL at my goal range I'll be adding back my fruits and vegetables. Praying to have a good weigh in early in the week.

Breakfast was Cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was ham & cheese lettuce wraps. Dinner was at an Employee Appreciation Party Buffet. I had roasted beef tenderloin, grilled chicken breast w/roasted tomato relish, roasted whole baby carrots, asparagus, and green beans.

Breakfast was an Italian sausage omelet w/celery. Lunch was a stuffed zucchini. Dinner was meatballs in sour cream and sherry mushroom cream gravy served over cauli-rice, and green beans w/bacon, onion and mushrooms.
