Both very good articles, Andrea. You know, interestingly enough, I actualy ENJOY eating now MORE than I did before LC. Who knew eating healthy could be so enjoyable. Now I look forward to my meals with the colorful variety and sinfully delicious desserts made with REAL fruit and REAL cream on occasion.

    Yum!

Ya know, I would just shrivel up and die if I didn't get to have fruit and veggies. I used to NEVER eat fruit before LC. Now I eat more of it than I ever have. I've always been a veggie eater, but I eat more of those now too. And Andrea, you're right!!!! A carrot never tasted better than on LC. I so appreciate them now when I have a few baby ones with my other raw veggies and dip. YUM YUM. Those have taken place of my dorito/pringle habit!!!!!

    Thanks Andrea!!!
I am sick of people saying that I am not aloud to eat any fruit and very limited veggies. I eat more veggies now than I ever have in my life (to tell the truth...when I was eating cheesburgers and fries I never had a side of broccoli...usually just a second helping or a couple brownies for dessert). So count me in.
I had my five today. snack: fresh broccoli with low carb ranch
lunch: tossed salad with roasted chicken
dinner: broccoli, snap peas, beef stir fry (no rice of
    course)
    dessert: fresh strawberries and blueberries
    Good luck all!!
