I have thought about this thread for a long time, and I decided to add to this... for all who have been down the road before and are starting all over again.

I have been guilty of saying "I deserve" to eat something....so much so that I have let it bleed into my whole life....when life seems to feed me dirt...messes that need to be cleaned up... I would deserve to eat something I shouldn't...when I lost 40 lbs and was feeling great, I deserved to eat something I shouldn't, when dh and I are having argument after argument.... I would deserve to eat something I shouldn't... well as you can see just about anything I did ... I deserved to eat something I shouldn't.

Eating all those I deserves had me gaining back the almost 50 lbs I had lost and gaining a few more (about 25 more to be exact) and for the first time in my "large" life, I felt "fat"...
I was buying new clothes bigger than ever, and I deserved to eat something to help me deal with that ....

There comes a point that we have to take responsibility for everything we do, not only in how we handle life, marriages, people around us, and the food we put in our bodies.

Having heard and seen the writing on the wall (you aren't getting younger, or skinnier, ) I decided that I too deserve all those things that Goddess wrote in her reply above...
I deserve to be healthy,
I deserve to look and feel great
To be happy with the choices I make
Etc. etc. etc,
but most of all

I DESERVE TO BE THE ABSOULTE BEST I CAN BE....

I am on the road to "recovery" and anyone that wants to join me, see me in the 100 days no cheating challenge and we can help each other out.

Ok you all, HAMMER ON THE HEAD is what I am thinking. Been there done that on all of these. Actually most often it is a daily battle! But I deserve the healthiest body I can get (which doesn't necessarily mean SKINNY).

These words hit really close to home! Thanks guys!
