Smile It's been a while....

Back in '03, after I had my last baby, I discovered LCE. With the help of LCE and Atkins, I lost weight and felt great. I was happy with where I was, stopped losing and went into maintenance. I've had weight creep on and I've known how to get it off again. Lately I've decided that I really want to go for my 'lifetime goal' of 155. I'm only 20# away, so why not?
Anyway, I'm back on the wagon, only this time with Schwarzbein. And I'm back with LCE because I love the support and the people here. I hope you will have me back in your company.
I look forward to participating and getting back into the swing of losing weight.
BTW, Goddess, I've lived by your quote ever since you posted it. Back in the day I was a big food sneaker and when I fall back into that habit, I always remember that my ass is keeping track. LOL!

Welcome Jenna!! I don't follow any particular low carb plan myself but just try to eat higher protein and healthier carbs (that work best with my body) in moderation. I've never heard of Schwarzbein, what kinds of food do you eat on it?

Welcome home, Jenna.

I think that old "weight creep" is related to the "sugar monster"! Gotta get rid of those characters!

Hi! I found information on your diet plan at: Schwarzbein Principle

Looks like the doctor worked with diabetes patients and worked in a controlled carbohydrate plan to work with them. Sounds like a great plan!

Thanks for the welcome, everyone! I was checking out the site yesterday and I see a lot of familiar names/faces. It's definitely good to be back.

babybluejay--The Schwarzbein Principle is also the basis for Suzanne Somers' Somersizing. I really like this plan. Next I need to go check out the cookbook.
