| I thought it might be nice to have a spot to come to when we are tempted to eat or drink something we shouldn't, just to kind of vent, and spend some time reflecting on our potential cheat. If we come here, put in writing our feelings, (not rationalizing!) trying to figure out what's causing our particular craving, perhaps it will be enough to get over the craving. ![]() Just taking the time to log on and post might be what it takes to get over that hump, and putting it in writing, and perhaps getting some feedback from those online at the time, might be what it takes to help. I've stuck it here in the Back on the Low Carb Wagon forum, thought it might be the easiest place to find it! Hope this helps some of you who are having some problems. |

| What a great idea!! Sometimes I just want to eat something because the family is and I don't think it is fair. *spoiled* I'm working on making my own lc version. Anyway, I may be here daily when I feel a binge craving coming on so that I can sort out my feelings.... right now I'm working on not eating because I'm anxiously waiting to hear if we get that house loan. That really doesn't even make sense. Why would I want to eat because I'm anxious and nervous? My goal for this moment is to clean the house to get rid of the jitters while waiting for the approval home call. Something to keep me occupied and busy. This way I don't feel bad like I would after eating and still nervous/anxious/jittery. |

| I'm back - lol. I guess you may all see a lot of me during the day. I've got that I'm wanting to eat binge feeling that I'm fighting right now. I'm thankful that we don't have things like chips and cookies in the house. I'm thinking the reason why I'm hungry is because I'm a bit tired since I've been up since 5am. A lot to do with the 3 kids toda. I love being a sahm so need to find some me time since I have to help the kids a lot. My me time in a bit is going to be a nice nap. Later I'll get some exercise in and then a bath after dinner and before Biggest Loser. Can't wait until the evening to relax with DH. ![]() |

| I always feel "hungry"/"cravy" when I'm tired. and sometimes I want to cheat just because it is THERE!

| The boss got hungry so she bought a box of doughnut holes. Now, they aren't tempting me now, but I know that if they are opened when I'm around, and I smell them, I'll start drooling. So, I plan to hold my breath when I have to walk past them! |

I would be dying Nita!! Today was a blueberry muffin party at Charlie's school and that was so hard. Then while at Target we got popcorn for the kids. It's one of my favorites but luckily there's too so it'll be gone. We rarely keep that in the house. Great job Nita doing whatever it takes to not eat those!!![]() |
