Hello, everyone! Alice, I have never tried the fat fast so I don't know what to say about that. Sorry to hear you weight loss is slowing, but remember the tortoise beats the rabbit!

I am down another pound. 221 is my current weight. Slowly but steadily coming off. Will be out of these 220's one day! LOL

Yes, I am frustrated, but will deal with it.....Blah!!!! I am going hiking in Big Thcket for two weeks.....nothing but Hiking, Nuts, Mushrooms and Jerky!!! That should do the trick!

Thanks for the encouragement ladies! I am happy to report being down to 218.5!!! Yay, so happy to be out of the 220's! My size 18 pants are getting so much looser and my size 20s are almost too big! Just gonna keep plugging along! Next mini goal, 210! Happy Low Carbing everyone!

Thanks everyone! Was MIA last week with the holiday and was feeling under the weather. Happy to report being down to 215! Just keep plugging along. My boyfriend and I are going on a cruise in October so I am looking forward to that. Much love to my low carb friends!

Last week was not the best week. Only worked out twice and I ate some things I should not have. Needless to say I am up 2lbs! Not going to sweat it. Just gonna revap and get back in there. I usually work out on my lunch break. Did not have time today because I had to go meet with my sons teacher. Sure as heck aint gonna do it when I go home. I did get to work out yesterday and plan on working out tomorrow and Friday. So that makes 3 days at least! Happy low carbing everyone!

Glad to hear you're not going to sweat the blips and just keep on going. That's the way to do it! If this were a DIET, you'd have messed up. But since this is just how you eat, you're right on track!
