Well Karen you have come to the right place. I was a skeptic 6 years ago but decided to try Atkins after not having much success with Body for life. Well I lost 20 pounds in one month!!!

However about 1 1/2 years ago, I started to get into some bad habits and slowly gained back about 12 pounds. But at the time I figured I would just start Induction and it would melt off like the first time. Well I wasn't really sticking with the program if you know what I mean and the 12 pounds turned into 20.

So here I am...I have been hanging around here for the last month and have lost 10 so far.

Put your mind to it. Don't compare to your previous record. You will be successful. Maybe it will take abit longer(I am finally accepting that). But you can do it!
