| It didn't do a tremendous amount of damage, just a 3 lbs increase, but when I got home, I ate low carb, but too much, and added another 2 lbs to the increase! All weekend I just couldn't seem to get enough to eat, so I imagine it was my body reacting to the change. So Monday I got back to induction, and those 5 lbs are pretty much history. Now, should I feel guilty, and get depressed, because of these 2 indiscretions? Perhaps, but I don't. I enjoyed every bite of what I had. Will I do it again? Probably, but not anytime soon. I ate more sugar in those 7 days than I have eaten in the past 6 years! I really don't need to do that again for a long, long time!

| i always feel kind crummy for a few days after eating sugared up stuff, but i never stress about it. no point. life is like that...sometimes we veer this way or that, but (if we're smart), we always come back home to what we know leaves us feeling best. glad to have you back home with us, nita, both in the woe and on the boards after your travels.
