A year and a Baby Later and I am Back!!

Default A year and a Baby Later and I am Back!!
Just wanted to say hello and I will be on again more frequently as I am starting over on Atkins today. I just had a baby in March and have some weight to prove it...lol. She is healthy and beautiful and now that she is6 months old and done breastfeeding I am able resume my low carbing journey once again. I know this forum always helps me and I love reading and keeping up with everything I can to help out too

See you all in the future of my low carbing journey!!
