micara- if you don't have the book on hand, getting it usually helps. and if you're a little lost on what's up, you are also welcome to post a thread requesting a menu review, listing what you're eating. the folks here are quite good at helping you ferret out potential problem areas. many times, it's something small that we wouldn't have even thought of that can make a difference.
