Wow!! Thanks again for making me feel right at home again!

Today was the moment of truth when I dragged the dreaded scale out of the closet where I hid it a couple of months ago.. Also the day I went to the store and stocked up on meats, cheeses and the other lc staples. The numbers in both cases are staggering hehe. I know LC isn't cheap! And my grocery bill will attest to that. But the price of eating crap is staggering too.. 213lbs!

Anyway, off we go...

The food's not bad here.

Very timely (and sage) observation Dixie, I had to buy some pants today because I just don't fit into the ones I have in the closet. All of my 180 lbs clothes just don't fit on a 213 lb body.

On a somber note, I got a good look at my big fat belly today in the fitting room mirror. OMG!

Hey Sven! They only use saddles on horses right? I don't know what you call the things on elephants that people sit on, but I think I need one of those

But I know what you mean.. and I know we aren't the only ones either.. but at least we know what to do and we're doing it right?

i'm back too, sorta. not really following Atkins or South Beach, but i'm making some major diet changes. guess i have to start somewhere.
