Hey everyone,

new to the site but have done the lc diet before with some success. Just starting again and already down a little (water weight I know) but feeling good after that first day of lc flu!!! Just wanted to wish everyone luck!!!!

Same with me!!! I had lost 80 lbs on Atkins but put it all back on. But hopefully this site will help me out and give me some encouragement!! Good luck to you!!
