Default Back again with even more to lose!

Hi again,

Long time no see everyone! Well I'm back weighing in at 230lbs, Oh no! I saw some of my old posts from 2003 when I was about 180lbs and had got down to 154! How on earth did I let myself put on an extra 50lbs??

I'm trying to identify some of the problems I had with LCing before, like breakfast where I couldn't face eating anything and when I got an urge for something there and then but didn't want to cook. I've got some LC protein shakes, I know they're not ideal and that they're a YMMV thing, but they're worth a go and certainly better than gaining weight!

I'm starting tomorrow, just need to get some supplies in Oh and this time I will be exercising, not a huge amount, but I don't normally do any!

So that's my story (again!) and good luck to anyone else re-starting too x

back Munch. Recognizing what caused you to stray is a good start to addressing those issues as you re-commit to healthy eating. Good Luck.

home.

Good for you in identifying where you started to stray and looking for ways to make it easier on yourself.

Good luck!

Welcome home!

I do the breakfast shake thing, too, but I do mine with the whey protein powder in a blender. I do just fine with it. I like to eat breakfast if I don't have to cook it, and if I can eat any time after 8 a.m. I do not want eggs before that! Silly, I know! If I could go to a restaurant every day at 9 and have bacon & eggs, I'd do it. But, the boss wouldn't let be leave, I don't think.........
