Not neccessarily. It's really up to you. There are those that say/think one should do a few days of induction level carbs to deplete the glycogen stores one acquires when excess carbs are eaten. Then there are those that go with the *just get back on track PDQ* philosophy.do i have to start the ketosis induction all over again?
Do what you feel you must, but most of all, get your focus back ASAP along with sufficient water intake and exercise, and you should be good to go!
