! I also am not new to the LowCarb lifestyle but new to this site, and I really like it... I would have to agree, before in the past when I have started LowCarbin and went back to eating those dreadful carbs, I felt sluggish, sleepy, & sick all the time. I have read DANDR and I am ready to make this my WOE for life.

| Hi! I am doing a come back after a long time of " can do it without help" attitude. I gained 24 pounds back and now have a crazy craving for sugary foods! Need lots of help and encouragement. Help!! |

| Welcome back, Carmen. ![]() A lot of cravings for sugary things can be addressed by small (legal) indulgences. Such as a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream, some cocoa, and some artificial sweetener. This is like a chocolate mousse.
