Default honey, i'm hooooome!!

I was here several years back (ok, 5). I had the RNY bypass in March 2005 and lost 200 pounds. Since then my life has gone through some unbelievable changes and I have gained 45 pounds back. I'm within a fried snickers of weighing 300 again. NOT...GONNA...Happen.

So, I start LC Monday...this morning 7 pounds were gone.

I just wanted to say hi and tell y'all thanks for the help in advance.

You go girl!!! (Ok, my slang is outta date). I;m a newbie to the site but have locarbed, lost, and gained more than once. Let's make it a lifetime committment! I was one step from the surgury and thought since I would have to lose some weight first anyway, why not just go back to locarb where I belong and stick with it this time! Best wishes on your journey. We'll be cheering foryou!!

Hi. I was here back in 2005 also! I remember your screen name (I don't remember mine from back then, tho!).

I was a couple months from having Gastric Bypass 2 years ago, but decided to give LC another try. Lost 15, enough to convince myself I didn't need to loose more then fell off the wagon. Added another 15 and here I am...trying to get the courage up to start again.

Good luck to you!

Suzy
