| Got back on plan a couple of days ago. Staying on plan is such a mental thing for me because I know I have turned into an emotional eater ( a hard habit to break). 2 days down and 1 step at a time. I am glad to see many familiar faces still hanging out here. A big thanks to Goddess for sending out the new newsletter. It was just the kick in the butt to get me to "Just Do It" as the Nike commercials used to say.

| Thanks for the greetings all. I am actually amazed at how well things are going this time around considering what a massive sugar binge I have been on for 2 years. Today is day 5 in taking back my life.

| Hey Libby!!!!! Welcome back! It's great to see you here again! Still in Ohio, I see. Good luck on sticking with the plan! I've been on plan still, but get so busy, I don't log in here for long periods. But I'm still here, sticking to plan! It's really great to see you again!

| My first six days of reinduction have gone well, and I'm more than ready to keep going. It was interesting to revisit my Fitday record, going WAY back, and see the ups and downs of the journey. I've tried induction several times over the past year--and this time, I'm going to make it stick. One motivation? Wearing my favorite fall and winter clothes! I remember now that one of the joys of LCE is not having change-of-season terrors that I won't have anything to wear. That terror is looming again, and I'm done with it! I'm coming home. |
