    Default I'm back...

    Hello everyone. I've been away from the LC lifestyle for a couple of years now. I am back up to almost my heaviest weight ever...I am weary of being out of control..I am ready...so here I am. I woke up this morning with the realization that it's time. So here I am, ready to make today day one...Ready to be back here among my LC family

    Welcome back too Vickie. I just got back to the low carb life about a week and a half ago. After 2 years away I managed to gain back all the weight plus an extra 10.

    I finally got fed up when even my "fat" clothes were getting too tight. Cheers to restarting your journey.

    Y-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-Y, I'm so glad you're back. I've been away in spurts from the board, but not from LCing and it's so good to see familiar faces. WELCOME BACK!!!! I hope it's for good this time! Be sure and check out the recipes. I've added some, like:

    Homemade BBQ Sauce (to die for)
    Key Lime Pie filling
    LC Mission Tortilla Lasagna

    MMMMmmmm good!

    I think with the right foods around, we can't go wrong, eh?

    I remember you, Vickie! Love your picture. And trust me--you're not alone in going astray. I just started Induction a week ago Monday, and things are going fine. It really does take that "epiphany" to get going again--but nothing can stop you now.

    One thing I didn't abandon was this community. I've been hanging out with friends here the whole time, even though I wasn't that faithful to the program. So...ups or downs, stick around! We're here to cheer.
